Late Krishna Murari Choudhary, S/o Late Bijendra Narayan Choudhary, who founded the society as well as school in the memory of his be loved father to fulfill his aspiration of providing best education at an affordable expenses for the people.

The affairs of the school is control by the governing body of the society, consist of seven members.

The responsibility of running the school lies upon the managing committee of the school which is empowered by the governing body of the society. Though the decision of the managing committee is ultimate, it has to take consent from governing body, both in respect of vital decision and heavy investment plans and borrowing.
